It looks as if there is someone[s] at WIRED who take great pleasure in finding dirt, as new or old as it may be, then TWIST and SPIN facts to satisfy their readers.

" Last Friday, he faxed a copy of his resignation to Zulu-Tek's Rhode Island offices."

Darned and to think I was there! Makes me feel like I am part of the action.. Really folks, the handwriting couldn't be any more clearer. I think I will hang around just to watch the psychology of those that will not let go.

Looks like the folks in Europe had a prepared plan to go out on their own... Too bad for them...

Zulu needs to focus, and if that means on the US - great. They have many balls in the air, and if they can get new technology, new clients, and improve their sales, that's what the investors and more importantly clients want to see. Zulu has technology, to complement the giant Softbank, unlike some of Zulu's competitors.

Let's see the financials!! Let's see what $39 Million means, and how Zulu will improve over 1998!

Thanks for the Wired link. This is crazy. What kind of management team buys a company like Softbank and doesn't include non-compete agreements and agreements with employees, etc. to prevent everyone from bailing and stealing all the clients. They paid all this money for nothing. Then another bogus press release to attempt to CYA. Who do you think all the clients will go with - another company (Interad) consisting of everyone they were used to working with (and which had a good track record) or a new one that is getting bad press and appears to consist of shady characters. I don't get the impression Wired is doing a hatchet job on NETZ, they don't need any help with that. I'm just sorry I fell for it and got out with a small loss. This ship has many holes and appears to be going down fast.
