I can't imagine Wired Magazine ever having employees leave...they didn't have financial problems did they?

"Makes me feel like I am part of the Action"

We are all part of the action on this play! OK, we've already lost some key players from the U.S. head office now Europe, fine no problem,

PROVIDED NETZ can stand by the financials they have already released and give us a solid business plan, there should be lots more excitement.

Is NETZ worth $50million? $25million?

100million shares x .50 = $50million
50million shares x .50 = $25million

I don't think so!
Where could all the assets be?
If I could I'd short NETZ!
If your opinion is to be long on NETZ that's up to you.
Do you post that you are? I'll post I'm not!

I'm with David. He talked to Burgess. If he doesn't see it.
How could I? The numbers aren't there! IMO

I sure wish they were!
But my eyes have been opened.

Good Luck!

Well, now.

I see that we may have a problem here.

The article on Zulu-tek is seriously incriminating. Softbank Holdings is going to lose a great deal of money in this matter because of the 12 million dollar acquisition for 65%. Their 35% might be worthless.

I wanted to see this company fly, but let's be reasonable. This is pretty freaking incriminating.

I still believe the article is not completely incriminating, but it does say something about the character of the company to release a statement talking about the withdrawal from the European market.

For that reason, I list my demands to Zulu-tek:

1)the immediate resignation of Neil Miller and the complete removal of Hayton from any sort of decision making policies.

2)the immediate release of the financials

3)The removal of the IR firm as acting firm.

4)A clarification of the new Wired story. And as far as I'm concerned, if this new story is true, there's problems when it comes to the actual report given out today. There's a difference between not telling investors anything, and flat out lying to them.

Effective immediately. I've been as cordial as I possibly can to the entire company. It's time to demand.

Those are my demands.

I have never been angrier at myself in my entire life,

Matty Gregg

PS I hope the IR firm is reading this post, because you have worn out your time limit. If what Wired says is true, even I have lost faith. I have asked and asked and asked and asked. Don't you guys get sick of hearing us? RELEASE THE DAMN FINANCIALS!!!
