Ask Dana. Today is March 3 and in two days it will be Friday. Two Fridays from them ACMIC needs to be in compliance although I guess it may be possible for them to get an extension. I imagine that they will be talking to analysts as soon as they get their ducks in a row. Until then, I will assume that they are still working on things. It is my opinion that when you have a deadline it is best not to wait until you are close to that deadline. It makes everyone elses bargaining postition so much stronger. Let's see if ACMIC also would like to finalize all of their many deals/decisions early or wait until the last minute.
