Zorro...What is the significance of this clause being in both of the recent financial restructuring? "CAI may prepay the 12% subordinated note at a discount of up to $27 million at any time before June 1 should there be a significant increase in the market value of its high-yield bonds." What event is anticipated to occur before June 1 to precipitate this "significant increase in the market value of its high-yield bonds"? Do you suspect a FCC ruling before June 1, perhaps?
