VanGo, I believe the event is two-way authorization from the FCC.

Re: Bell Atlantic renewing its satellite TV efforts: Sat TV providers are prohibited by law from offering local channels. BA could partner with CAWS to provide those local channels via MMDS. Was it short-sighted of the company to drop CAWS?

Bell Atlantic Will Sell 200 Channels of Satellite TV Service This Year
