I have lots of faith in my friend as well as the info. I have received personally from having visited their facility. Also, my cousin owns an auto detailing and window tinting shop in Margate, Fl. He also knows my friend very well because he supplys him w/materials and radio repairs. Yesterday, my cousin told me he is in negotiations to sell his shop to the CEO and my friend as partners. It seems they have plans to acquire some small shops like these to help promote their products locally by direct installations. Plus, I've been told that some of the proceeds of the increased dilution will be going towards a stock buy back program. Good Luck !
