John: could you explain your last comment about 'increased dilution going towards a stock buy-back program'?

Also, any due diligence material or assistance would be greatly appreciated. I like high growth potential stocks but don't know what this co. has in it. Is it a reporting issuer. thanx in advance.

Like music to my ears. A buy back would certainly help. And as I said, to time that with the audited numbers could give us a fair valued stock price.
