Thats an interesting point Ron- but the contest is for the official "press release" day. Well, as I have filled out my monster block of RNTK as of yesterday, I may as well put it out- from my source "RNTK Worm" over the last month and a half: 1. As of Jan 26, TX and RNTK were "back at the table", after TX and Shell closed a big deal- see news release. 2. As of Feb 15, they were down to number crunching. 3. The actual handshake was Feb 26, last Thursday. So you can take this as rumor or fact, but my best info is that THE DEAL IS DONE as of Feb 26, but the confirmation will be in the press release due out at any day. After the news is released, the dust settles and we get to look at the paperwork, we may get a confirmation of this "actual" deal date.
