Hi Jeff and welcome.

The questions you ask are best answered by visiting Waves web site. I know ZakSat has agreed to pay wave a $5 million dollar licensing fee based on certain conditions being met. After the IBM announcement, Wave said the money will now be released by zaksat.

Read more posts here and wave web page and you should be pretty up todate!

Have fun....John

Yee-haw. I am happy to say that I was completely wrong about this not being news that would move the stock. My guess is that the bundling announcement is re-assuring folks that the meter is actually going to show up on IBM motherboards. There's not that much point to making a bundling agreement at all unless that's going to happen. Another word I like in these press releases: exclusive. That's confidence in our company. I like it I like it I like it. Interesting that these announcements weren't preceded by a run-up in price and volume as has happened so often in the past.

Jeff -- I haven't seen anything relating to whether the meters have shipped to either Acotec or ZakSat (trying saying those two names three times fast). It would be a good question to put to Wave's IR guy. I'm glad you're bringing this up because it would be very nice to know.

Jeff, last week I spoke with Mark Marinovich, contact at Wave re the ZAKSAT agreement and specifically whether any of the 25000 WaveMeters had been shipped to them. They had not shipped any, apparently there is still some issues with the agreement between the parties. I was told the design is complete though and they're ready to produce when those issues/details are finalized. You will note in the press release of Sept 10, para #3,they refer to "the contemplated agreement" --gp
