Ouch. I don't currently have a position in PKE, but may take a look at one after the dust from the PKE-Delco and INTC carnage settles.

I have to wonder why they didn't add PCB capacity of they were capacity constrained by Delco. Perhaps it isn't a good money maker for them if it results from multiple lower-volume customers versus one very large customer.

I currently do not have a position in PKE but have been looking at the convertible bonds. Does anyone have a feel if the CFO leaving is the tip of the iceberg? Recent problems a buying opportunity or wait till the dust settles?
