Seth,

Value-Shit uses deceiving methods to get its points (read agenda), across. Now, there is no reason why anybody should be giving the benefit of our knowledge, to V-S, particularly in the issue you mentioned.

Let it incriminate itself further, deeper, I am now convinced that this crap-spout is of a criminal mind (my opinion only).

However, as it is well documented, petty-minded criminals (as I believe this is the type here) are by definition extremely stupid.

I am sure you read the story of the recently captured thieves, that after living in a trailer park, the person moved into a $600,000.00 home.... and paid cash for it... now, is there a limit as to how stupid can you be?

May be Vile-Shit will show us those limits...

Regardless of their possible (or seemingly) well educated background and or possible technical knowledge. (this is really of mere accidental nature, the criminal mind is the criminal mind, regardless of their immediate or manufactured environment).

In the end, these mindless idiots leave a gargantuan trail of proof of their own deeds.

Unfortunately, our legal systems has grown to become a very slow processing bureaucracy, what we must NOT do is give this idiot cues as to what possibly might it be facing. Eventually the system will catch up with it.

All we can do is expose it, but we should not aid it, in closing, I will leave this for you to consider:

Ignorance is given at birth, but stupidity is acquired throughout life, and in some instances, they even work at acquiring it!

<<Spec check your gosh darn facts if you want to continue to post here. SEC has received a copy of your post.>>

Seth, you've clarified some things for me. Thank you. However, I might add that I was right in this regard: It is the Fed that determines if a stock is marginable. Zebra didn't realize that so I guess we were both somewhat wrong.

Now, if FTEL only obtains Nasdaq Small Cap, then you can take what I said before verbatim, otherwise, assume that if they become NASDAQ national that they will be immediately marginable as you pointed out quite well.

Seth, I'm not sure you are right, at least not until April 1, 1999.

<<An amendment to Regulation T that will make all stocks trading in the Nasdaq Stock Market marginable at brokers and dealers will be effective January 1, 1999.>>

Link to that quote: bog.frb.fed.us

I was also wondering what, if anything, followed the word " marginable" in the following sentence you quoted:

<< A stock listed on the national market system is AUTOMATICALLY marginable >>

I noticed there was no period at the end of the sentence, so it wasn't clear to me that you quoted the entire sentence, especially since the info you came up with seems at odds with the Fed information I found as provided above.

Again, I'm not doing this to harass anyone, but I would like to see the entire document you quote from to see what light it might shed on the matter at hand.
