CR: not into day trading but I wonder how may people had their day statistics significantly affected by ZITL. I was up about 0.7% for the day but would have been up 1.8% without ZITL.

Bill,

Then why aren't DDIM and VIAS up big time
as ZITL was? Something else is coming. I have no idea what that is.

Reason #4 could be that CNN just ran a 1 minute poiece on today's go'vt report that 50% of agencies are unprepared and need to move quick. Zitl's portable factory ( that some shorts deride so much) is a cook book solution for this unusually large and secrecy shrouded market. All shorts should see the elaborate documentation that goes with a Zitel factory and check the background of some of the top technology people Brady brought with him to MD. How many shorts know the error rate comparison between the Y2K competitors vs the manual method or the percentage of government information that is confidential or secret in some way. I really like the intelligent discussion of the issues on this thread and have not posted before. I think most of the folks on this thread appear to be good thinkers and I enjoy following the real issues you guys dig out. The fundamental market facts seem to be playing into Jack King's vision of the large government market - now don't they all starting to look like a panic buy situation. ALL SHORTS SHOULD CHECK THEIR SHORTS REGULARLY from here on out!

My .02 on the run-up: I smell a pump and dump. Starting to get close to earnings time and if I read the last 10Q right ZITL cannot afford another big loss this quarter. Our friend Van Wagonner is a true player/trader. He even had a cameo on a PBS Frontline special which aired last year. Regardless I shorted more today after just covering. Maybe I can still get a new car out of ZITL like I did out of VVUS:).

Best Wishes,

Timoteo
