OXHP bounced off lows nicely today. There is a lot of pent up demand for this stock but the air needs to be cleared a little bit to get positive close. I was encouraged by the action today and feel that failing catastrophic news that we will get significant rally on release of financing package. Today set the stage for this. The WSJ article will act as contrarian catalyst to the announcement of finishing the deal. We are "very close" to closing the $350 million says an Oxford official. We need to clear this hurdle and we then get a rally on the news IMHO. DrRisk
