jhild, I sure don't have all the answers, just a little bit of law knowledge and a internet search engine. That makes me just dangerous enough. But I think the article showed that attorney-client privilege is by no means clear cut. Now, if you won't hold me to them I'll offer a couple of NON-lawyer thoughts for your question of basis... o Perhaps the documents are viewable under disclosure. o Jordan introduced the first lawyer to Lewinsky. Perhaps someone with more expertise in this area might suggest a basis.
