David,

Some more news on computer crime.

techserver.com

IDX has some of the solution at hand, we only have to find a way to open the billfolds of U.S. corporations, government agencies, financial institutions and universities. The time is now for these agencies and institutions to realize that delaying is going to cost them more.

David,

I will post even before I award myself the next Wendell award. I invented the Wendell award, Jean. And since it appears as though I have gotten away with it.....I'm the only one that can award one.......I know you will respect the one little ounce of dignity I have left after what the NRID guys did to me.

Watch the services revenues that IDX reports next quarter. I think the INS is ordering a bunch of stuff through the GSA schedule....No bids...just buy it....Last quarter it was there.

During last quarter's conference call, Fowler explained that the GSA stuff goes through ANADAC and that the big jump in services was due to GSA schedule sales. Quietly, I think the INS is getting the equipment they want and need. I think IDX is building many TP-600s these days.....whether they are for the INS....I don't know. I'm not buying any.

The other fingerprinting program will go live scan.....Ink and roller is what got them into this mess in the first place.

David...Absence of hard data is the perennial IDX lament. Makes it all the more frustrating to sit on dead money. Could be worse, however. This could be the Intel thread. Lucky we don't have 10 points to drop! Jean
