Re: Everyone Wants to be Nostradamus

My 'prediction' is <drumroll................>
DOW opens down 100, down 200 by 10am, closes down 250
(not too bad in % terms)
oh yeah, and LGND closes below $15.

I can't say where the market or LGND will end up tomorrow (the SOX chart looks so ugly I can barely stand to look at it). I prefer to see how LGND reacts to a market break. LGND falling in line with the market would tell us little. LGND holding its gains (especially above support at 15 1/4) would be a remarkable show of strength.

Tony,

>oh yeah, and LGND closes below $15.

It could be; it is really hard to tell thought. LGND often trades on its own in apparent defiance of the NASDAQ.

Moreover, a pull-back to around $15 would not be all that bad. No, I wouldn't like it, but I doubt it is an issue for the long term.

We'll see in the morning :-)

Thanks, Torben

Not if everyone who bails out of INTC pours their money back into the more stable and predictable LGND. :-)
