I don't see the low 3's being a problem currently, especially since it hit after the Press Release. Think it was to be expected.

Earnings do have to be out no later than end of March. Saw March 7th posted on one source but since that was a Saturday it didn't look like a good date. We just might have to wait till the 30th because of the audit.

Don't know anything about the Lawsuits. All companies have insurance to cover these anyway.

I agree with Michelle. This one looks better than allot of others who have crashed and come back and I think the only reason COS looks like a situation is because some folks are working real hard to try and make it one.

Milkman,

It is rumored that the latest Press Release did not include some of the more important departures that have occurred.

As you also know, there has been this nagging little 'securities fraud' lawsuit hanging around since last fall. The complaint that was filed alleges an orchestrated web of deceit; and it is finally available online. The legalese contained therein is a pain, but the alleged facts from a former insider should be weighed more studiously than the hype and puffery from all the guppies on the sidelines.

Since the complaint is so long, perhaps the commentary can be compartmentalized to the following subject areas:

A. Product quality and uniqueness.

B. Credibility of Plaintiff

C. Credibility of Zwan

D. Issues of DIGL/Zwan/Haney/Co$ connection.

E. Would you have sold out to Zwan, if you had known the IPO was imminent as alleged?

F. And of course, any other Issue(s) you deem to be relevant.
