I think y'all are missing an important part of my view. Yes, I said that if the financing is completed, you should get a sigh of relief rally. It may be so short lived that you'll have to sell quickly or get trapped in a dead situation. The part you are not paying attention to is that I placed the odds at 50-50 that the financing even gets completed. That is, the financial morass may be so deep or unknowable that nobody else is willing to put up money. If they don't get the financing, or for any reason, TP walks away, the stock can go to five. I AM NOT BULLISH, AND I VIEW 11 POINTS DOWN OR THREE POINTS (MAYBE) UP, WITH 50-50 ODDS, AS NOT BEING FAVORABLE RISK/ REWARD. I WOULD NOT BE LONG THE STOCK.. Just to be clear. Good luck.

P.S. My man mail, I didn't understand your response. You think the stock would go up if TP walks away, or where you just spewing??
