Cheryl, I believe the Y2K council is trying to avoid adding any fuel to any lawsuit that may come against the government. The private sector is more sensitive to lawsuits and not helping out the complainer, government is just catching up. Now we will get some interesting reports as the news tries to reveal the Y2K cover-up that's gone on in the private sector and now within government.
