MID-WEEK UPDATE

Software Gaming Corp (formerly Flying Disc Entertainment) FDCD-OTC Toronto (0.72),
softwaregaming.com has surpassed our short term targets by a large margin,
surging over 200% from our initial coverage a month ago. The upside potential from
current levels is still impressive, given the current fundmental situation. After a
strong run from 40c to 90c last week, the stock has mildly pulled back and is forming
a perfect consolidation in the new range (65c-75c). Further positive developments in
the company can see it break past $1.00 with little resistance.
