it is not enough just to be an attorney, correct?

as in one must be engaged in a discussion (private)
about confidential matters with another individual
in the course of the attorney/client relationship
one of whom may have
standing to assert the privilege based on the
relationship, and the fact that confidences were shared.
and further, assuming that privilege was not waived during
said conversation....

Attorney's are trained not to make such leaps based on little or no evidence. Yet where there is far greater evidence, as to Clinton's lying, you eschew it.

No that's the tell tail mark of a liberal Democrat with a bleeding heart and a soft brain.
