Henry and Luis, at this point I think we all agree that everyone has to get it together. That means to me: 1. Dr. Katz get on with your research and publications. There's gold in them thar labs of yours. 2. Let's give Dr. Yakatan a chance and last but not least 3. Let us as shareholders hound Lidak to communicate with us regularly, openly and honestly. I do think it would help tremendously to have a Shareholder Relations Dept. with an e-mail address where we can get direct and clear information. I for one was never clear how a report in which the placebo was as good as Lidakol was ever submitted, and I didn't like not knowing who the prominent (?) new board was that healthmed claimed to proposed.

Henry I see where you are coming down. Only issue is wether board has stock or not.. hey that simplifies it for me. Also you were unhappy with the dc Katz board and you choose to blame the members even though dc Katz went on the record saying he was calling all the shots... This of course does not make you right or wrong... we are all searching for answers and I am concerned with everything else plus these two issues. It does show me your rational and honestly I have not given either of these two facts the preponderance of the weight in reaching my conclusion.. I think there is way to much I found in discovery I don't care for and I do feel better with a new qualified ceo and a real board not a Hollywood fantasy. regards luis
