Guys: Where is the analysis of this situation? Just a lot of guys shouting at one another for the most part. 1. Roy Carson: It is apparent that someone told Roy to cease and desist from posting on KRY several weeks ago. If anyone has his ear, we need to know why he is no longer posting. His posts have been correct more than they have been in error, at least concerning KRY. The answer to this question is not in. 2. No claims by KRY on LC4&6? Asencio's headline and paragraph 1 is very plainly false. We have seen primary documents posted regarding the claim by KRY for title of LC4&6. Also, we have had three decisions already on the LC4&6, all favorable to Mael. One strike against the shorters. 3. Crystallex operations, Asensio claims, are insignificant and uneconomical. Crystallex showed a profit in the quarter preceeding the expansion of their mill on the Albino. I don't think anyone should call Albino reserves insignificant. Revenue from the mine was $808k for the quarter ended Sept 97. We can expect that figure to increase substantially with expanded mill capacity. The company stated in October that they plan to produce 150k oz of gold per year, or a gross revenue of about $45 million! 4. "Crystallex has approx. 34 mil shares and 6.9 mil options and warrants outstanding. (41 mil fully diluted.) Options and warrants exerciseable at $2.40 per share US. This puts market value of $300 million." So, if KRY can produce $45 million gross at Albino, and realize a conservative 10%, or 4.5 million profit, that gives them a earnings/share of $1.10, and a PE of only about 6. I don't see a problem with those figures. Where have I gone wrong here, shorty? 5. As far as the posts concerning Oppenheimer's character, I cannot answer that. This did not appear in the news release, but was posted by viper and crew. I would like to see someone research this matter. Lee
