Hello:

I see almost 16 million traded hands today on 190 trades! How high can this go in one day?? As soon as it drops back a little, it bounces back up again. This is sooo cool. I'm glad I bought at 3:30 yesterday. Not bad!!

The numbers, according to Jack Arnold, were:

Shares authorized - 100 M
Outstanding ~ 45 M (as of Dec. 1997)

The number of shares oustanding has been boosted since then under the current merger agreement to 150 M.

$500k financing was obtained through Reg. S, but the filing has not yet been submitted (this is what I am waiting to see), so we don't know the dilution at this point.
