Hi All: 10 minutes back, 12:30 PM EST, 3/5/98, CNN-FN TV reported that
DELL does not see any slow down, etc. Did any one catch that?
No news on Yahoo. Did anyone talk to Investor Relations at DELL to
verify it?

Thanks,

Dell downgraded to "accumulate" by SW securities:

RESEARCH ALERT - Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) cut to accumulate

Thursday, March 05, 1998 at 13:38

NEW YORK, March 5 - Southwest Securities said it lowered its rating on Dell Computer Corp to accumulate from buy.

-- Dell was near Southwest's $140 price target.
-- Intel Corp's (NASDAQ:INTC) earnings warning, coupled with escalating concerns about competitive pricing pressure in the personal computer market, pose significant downside risk at Dell's current price level.
-- Southwest still sees Dell gaining market share in 1998.
-- The 1999 earnings estimates and target price were left unchanged.
-- Dell was off 5-1/8 at 133-3/4 in afternoon trading.
