David, I also have to use my entire password to access the servers. Maybe the placement of the numbers at the end or in the middle makes a difference (mine are in the middle)?

David, I haven't tried to reproduce your glitch. I will attempt it after the market close.

Could it be that the digits/special characters are at the END of your password? I wonder if only the first "n" characters of the password are used? This could explain why it seems to work fine for others.
