"It's about an extra $50 bucks for the chipset,
motherboard, voltage regulator," he said. "For that you
get performance that is not as good as a 200-MHz
Pentium MMX...I would rather have a Pentium MMX
or AMD K6 3D or Centaur WinChip."

It looks like IDTI finished pretty well were I guessed it would - back toward the lows for the day at around 13 1/2. Now we will see if we can withstand more of a downward move tomorrow. I think we will see a move further down in the NASDAQ - value hunters who came into the market today looking for a quick turn around got creamed. That will help sustain the nervousness for another day or two before we see strong bottom fishing in the techs. This might be a good time to set your hooks and drop the line in bellow the market on a few stocks to see if you can get a bite at distress sale prices. In general it's too early to buy unless it is at distress prices or the stock is moving up on good news despite the market sell-off - it can also be a good time to pick up great story stocks that have a muted reaction to positive news - the market worry gives you time to discover them and climb on board.
