The quality of FTEL's product is irrelevant if no one uses it, or buys it. I find it hard to comprehend how they could have so many evaluation units out since October (?) and STILL no announced major sales. Bill Ward's report from the expo highlights the fact that FTEL is just not very well known. So far nothing the new PR firm has done leads me to believe this will change soon. In the technology sector you have to take advantage of your competitive strength (whether that is quality, price, location, whatever) when you can because it tends to be very short-lived. I think FTEL has failed in this regard. That is not to say that things can't or won't change (and quickly) but it is getting frustrating to continue to say "just wait until _______ (fill in the month)".
