A bit surprising that TL is selling all its shares so soon. So, in effect SFE is selling some shares (albeit indirectly).

John: I think DTPI is a perfect example of what Caldwell was talking about. Management of DTPI was unwilling to sell alot of their shares (because they knew they were worth more) and as a result SFE had to sell more of its holdings in order to "do the deal". You will note that SFE has a relatively minor stake in DTPI compared to some of its other recent spinoffs. Now, a year later, after management has performed and the stock price has tripled they decide that NOW is a good time to sell some. Looks like hanging onto its shares for a year was a shrewd move by management. This go 'round SFE is hanging onto its shares.
