I think you're right. It's a good way to look at things. But what does it hold for DTPI? If Safeguard would sell before (and I guess they had to, to bring the deal public), and DTPI's management sells now but Safeguard doesn't, then what would Safeguard know that DTPI doesn't? Or vice-versa? I'm curious from an analytical point of view, but in real dollar terms, I sold Diamond when it was at $15-3/4. (Good move/bad move? Hindsight is 20/20 - I also sold Sanchez at $23, so who knows.)
