I heard that 98' eps will be at least 0.25-0.30 for 40 million outstanding shares. Did I get that right?

My understanding from a conversation I had with the company (and this
is juts what I understood from the conversation not knowing how any
of this TV stuff works) was that the potential royalties from the
show were 100-125K, and that FAMH was entitled to a large
percentage of that -- in other words, the MD deal can provide some
real good income as well as exposure. Obviously the royalties depend
on the number of stations running the show, etc, but that was the
projected possible royalties.

Anyone have better info on this? I'd love to know if I am dazed and
confused here. I haven't heard the CC yet.

Hi Leroy,

This may be your first contact with how much money there is to be made in Television. What Mr. Monas was talking about was actually 100 to 125K in PROFITS each and every day the show is on -- and that if the show has ONLY 1% of the market. Since Morton Downey's last show ended having 6% share of the market (down from even a higher percentage at the show's pinacle) there is a very good chance that this show will get considerably more than 1%. Since the 100 to 125K was for a 1% share there should probably be the same profit for each and every percentage point it goes up.

No wonder Oprah is the richest woman in America! Let's hope Morton Downey gives them all a run for their money.

Hope this is helpful. I too think the conference call was extremely informative. I think the stock is ready for another surge.

Enjoy!

Greg
