Craig,
How can you make a sentence "bold" in SI newsgroup?

Oh well, this is definite the most confusing and frustrating period for 3COMers. Is it mean they will have more charges in the coming quarters? For those who still holding, better hope the institutions are holding their share tight too. There are many buying in last week! The annoucement could mean more class actions coming.

Thanks
aC

I read the business wire report 3 times and I still don't understand the reaction. It's a wash. COMS essentially restated financials to reduce 1997 income and increase 1998 income. 1Q 1998 went from -.43/sh to -.15/sh. 2Q98 .04 to .01, a net INCREASE of .25/sh for 1998. We'll just have to wait for the propellerheads to explain it to the talkingheads to explain it to us.
