CLARIFICATIONS: The final agreement for the reverse merger is 2 - 4 weeks away from now and they are consumating the final aggreement and a few details to work out. Now the first tire company is in place for WHEN the merger deal is close. So the acquistion is not coming in until the reverse merger is done. There is a lot a rumors but this is what I know. There is not a take over hostile or other wise, there is no reverse split at this time and they are trying to get the Regs bought back so they will not have to reverse split. Just want to make sure my post are acturate and not hype. However the bottomline is something is solid here now and not just the same old rumor and specualtive hype. Happy Trading GaBard
