I would appreciate a post outlining the call from whoever. I was thinking that I would like to hear what guidance they were giving for 1998, but then I caught myself. Here is what I show as 1996 and 1997 Earnings. I restated both years with a 35% tax rate so that any 1998 estimates could be more easily compared. If anyone knows how to get a handle on 1998, please post it. I figure DBCO adds 6.2 million shares. 1996 1997 1998 Revenue 119.5 220.0 Earnings Before Taxes 8.0 19.3 Taxes at 35% 2.8 6.8 Pro Forma Earnings After Tax 5.2 12.5 # Shares 10.8 16.2 22.4 EPS 0.48 0.77 This is a .77 EPS company. The extra to get 1.08 is windfall. PE is therefore 13.6

To all: As I consider the numbers, If given the choice of being short or long, I would have to say I'd rather be long. While our own expectations were not met, I do believe ECO offers many a value play when everything else is overbought. I saw money flowing from techs to oils this am in the same way. I am long and think the stock will be higher tomorrow. I recall MOT missed and open higher..stock was fairly valued with the disappointment already factored in. Yes, I cheated having been online the moment the news hit. ($1.08) :0) I think you will all be pleasantly surprised tomorrow. Sparky
