Can you infer from the allegations any additional detail to amplify the company's original release? In other words, the allegations might lead you to suspect what the facts are behind the original release.
Such info should have been provided by the company and would be helpful in making an informed investment decision about the company -
with both recent sellers and buyers flying blind under the actual circumstances.

Joe, I was sent a copy also. I think the suit was drafted narrowly to begin with and if the facts warrant would be amended and enlarged at a later date after discovery. Have you made any decisions? Please give me an e-mail if you wish to discuss it further.
