Well put Lewis. You have focused on the important issue. Revenue generation.That is far greater for the future of the Company than a BS form 10 filing. Any, and believe me I've seen them, schlock outfit can file a form 10. I will repeat it, since the SEC document is so GD important to some, Any fraud outfit can and has filed a form 10. It is a cosmetic action. The bills passing the legislature, Governor sign off, mortgage origination, etc, etc. Those are THE things that ultimately count. I care less who flames me. I have been accused of Milkenesque actions on this thread, but believe me, what counts is Substance over Form. TG
