dear mohammad

i think you will have the chance to buy on that dip tomorrow.

1.2 cents when 9+ was expected. not a good sign

2.still dont understand g+a for this qtr. 2d qtr. g+a was 4.8 mill.
3rd qtr. g+a was 4.9 mill. this qtr was 2.2 mill.did i miss something in the call. 60% reduction in fixed costs.these guys
are miracle workers or creative accountants. either way that a lot
of money.

3.12 mill.shares end of 2d qtr. 16 mill. shares end of 3rd qtr.
21 mill. shares end of this qtr. 40% dilution in 6 months.

4. backlog of orders decreased 5 mill. i would think if product
is so hot number would go other way.

i could go on but i dont want to ruin your evening. either way

good luck tomorrow.

regards

<< The company just turned its Q-Q revenue & earnings growth
from negative to positive... >>

The company reported it's second straight quarter of year over year declines in revenues. (maybe more--2 is as far back as I have checked) How you are putting a positive spin on that I do not know.

<< It has cash, a good credit line... >>

If the company had one dollar they would "have cash". Look at the report:

ASSETS..........

..........................................January.31.........................1998...........1997

CURRENT ASSETS

Cash and equivalents................................................. $ 1,912 .....$ 4,055
Restricted cash..............................................................2,159.........1,744

Now does that look encouraging to you?

<< It has a good set of orders for NET+Arm chips/products >>

FALSE. They said "design wins". They also said it could take 7-9 months before "design wins" are incorporated into products and they start receiving orders to ship. My take? Don't expect to see any real revenues from Net+Arm for several months.

<< It has a backlog of $22M.. >>

Isn't this down from the last Q? Wasn't the company and people on this thread championing the great backlog last quarter? What did it amount to? A drop in sales and paltry "earnings".

<< It has a time lead of some quarters in both NET+Arm and Gigamux
type of product lines.. >>

If you ask me they tried to make listeners believe that there was no competition in the short-haul market, with the possible exception of IBM. I don't think that's the case.

<< All three new product linese are going after $4Billion+ market
each... >>

Yeah, and if I start a company that sells a diet protein drink I suppose I'm going after the $50 billion dollar weight loss market. So what. Osicom has sold products for years in "billion dollar" markets and they still manage to lose money every year.
