Thanks for your timely and clear explanation of the factors inherent in
the Reg potential buy back. However, even if these shares were shorted,
how much can we reasonably expect to rise from this current level? Again,
assuming these shares were shorted, then why would the covering push us
above the level when it started to be shorted? If there were so much shorting,
why didn't the stock go to sub-penny status? It seems to me that the
Reg holders did short the stock, but I am not sure they shorted a lot.
Again, if they did, this stock should have gone well below 1 penny.
If they did short a substantial amount, then why would the stock shoot
up more than it shot down? Sorry to be redundant.

Removing Reg S shares and making 6-8 new acquisitions?

In reference to

techstocks.com

Question: If Reg S were being converted and sold would there not be a majority of transactions at the ask (Shares are converted/created based on the discount and sold at the ask)?

Could people be buying based upon observing the LARGE volume the past few days thus fueling a very short term price increase? At these prices small $$ can buy many shares.

Does anyone have the transfer agents #, and has anyone confirmed how many shares are out there today as opposed to last week?

Jack said that Reg S was a last resort around 8 days before it was announced. I believe someone said he now says a reverse is a last resort...
