I did not mean to imply that an earnings warning was imminent from LSI. What I meant instead was that the speciality companies esp. those involved in the networking area look fine and that there have been no warnings as of yet from this group of companies. I do not follow ALTR that closely to know if they will warn or not. LSI will not warn.

Any thing new about the SFA deal?
