Hey, Flick!
When you think about it, it's hard to imagine singing and dancing to the story of a PR gang member who stabs people and then spends his life in prison. I dunno... Although the gang thing worked for Westside Story.
We saw Cats. And while it was enjoyable, it was NOT the experience I had thought it would be. At least until Griselda sang Memories--that was incredible. No story, no dialogue, not really singable music, only a couple of dance numbers that stood out. Lot of energy.
The show hangs on that one song. And a fun set. And the enjoyment of watching young, beautiful kids who are really great at what they do.
Have you heard any of the music from Capeman?
