Thanks again. You are a very valuable resource. I am glad you met Mr. Holland personally so the thread has a more personal basis for a decision. I understand Mr. H may have been a good actor, do you know how long he was with the company before the promotion?

Thank you also for going the extra mile on researching the Euro conversion companies. I have been searching around like a chicken with its head cut off for a couple of days now and have yet to turn up anything substantial.
