You ask, "I would feel more confident about that if we could point to other pilots that have led to such rollouts. Have there been any?"

A question similar to yours was asked during the CC after the 2nd Qtr. earnings release on February 17th. Here's a snippit taken from the CC transcript that's posted on the VCALL site:

Randall Bollinger: All right. And you mentioned some of the frustration in dealing with getting the CEOs to turn around and move quickly on this. How many clients have dropped after the pilot on the Y2K project?

John Jenkins: None.

Man: Sorry, did you hear- can you repeat that, John?

John Jenkins: The response was none. I think if the question was how many people have gone through a pilot and then dropped out, the answer is none.
