TO ALL: just one question concerning the 10 cents per share earnings. There were some posts stating this was calculated on the basis of 20 million shares yet Ira said that their are 40 million outstanding. If the former is true that this could potentially cut the EPS by 1/2. Does anyone have any thoughts concerning this. Just wondering what the real story is. Thanks for the help Gennaro

First question I asked him was ,, Have ever been indicted or convicted for SEC violations ? He said no.. Second was,, Have you ever defaulted on large debt ? Again answer was no .. I asked him,,, Why should I buy your shares,,, He gave me a good logical answers... I asked him why do you people spend more time reading SI than running a business,, We talked more on other things,, like I said I will do my DD,, and will have people check out each and individual offices... I will have more questions for him later,, Today was just smelling him out,,, and I didnt find anything negative about his demeanor.. It will take a couple of days or a week most..
