Craig,

Last point on this subject for me.

Osicom said they had no current plans for a secondary. That would be another offering to the public. If you listen to the CC again they made absolutely no mention of not doing a private financing deal. They never said they wouldn't do a Reg D or Reg S.

Either way Craig, Our conjecture means little. We'll see it coming in the SEC filings way before the stock price reacts to the news. If you happen to catch it before me, please tell me so that I can consider shorting...

Par, if you're watching, DO NOT do one of these things ever again!

Grant

Speaking of carefully choosing words.... You said absolutely nothing...

G.E., GM, MSFT, etc., also made absolutely no mention of not doing a private financing deal... They also never said they wouldn't do a Reg D or Reg S...

Your statement can be applied to any company to put any spin on it you want...

I'm waiting to see the negative spin you put on the Gigamux and Net Arm deals as they unfold... The increasing revenues should drown out your whispers and innuendoes...

Jim

I always tried to be objective in this thread.
Now I begin to think about the credibility of this company. If their management is so incompetent in selling their products but good at issuing new shares, that sucks.
I think they paid their price for that kind of practice before (from $20/share to $2.5), but who knows... anyway, I'll be cautious.
