<< G.E., GM, MSFT, etc., also made absolutely no mention of not doing a private financing deal... They also never said they wouldn't do a Reg D or Reg S... >> GE, MSFT, GM, etc don't have histories of shares outstanding skyrocketing with nothing to show for it either! They don't do private placements every other week like a certain stock we know does so it is not necessary for them to specify.
