I have been asked to give a summation on a monthly basis,
so here goes:

Xecom just announced the acquisition of their first end-
office switch. This shows that Xecom is starting to go after
other revenues than single-soldier accounts. Xecom also announced
that it has been awarded high-speed internet, pay TV and
satellite TV on the bases, which also means more income.

Xecom also announced it has a new billing program which will
add an extra $70,000 to $80,000 a month in income. This will
bring the current cash flow of Xecom close to $600,000 a month.

Also, the new trunking agreement will save Xecom close to
$4 million a year for every 34,000 soldiers - at least this is
how I read the press releases. If I am off, it won't be by
much.

A lot of people want to know why the stock is down when the
company is releasing all this good news. Simple - Voyager has
sold 1.3 million shares, maybe more. This has caused the market
makers to drop their price. The problem is, there's no stock.
Voyager is an affiliate and can only sell through Rule 144.

The good news is: Where are the market makers going to find
all that stock if Voyager doesn't have it?

So all of you, please order out your shares and take delivery.
