Apple12: I have figured that out by myself that a company would choose to take some liability insurance. SFSK states that in their annual report but unfortunately without elaborating too much. I had hoped for some more informative and helpful input about the nature of these lawsuits. It does not help anybody to just point out the strong points of a company. As with any investment also with SFSK there are risks associated and if you are a serious investor you need to assess and understand them. Regards, wmf
