Jack..Put yourself in a position where you are buying 1000 computers for your department. You can buy the "obsolete" CPQ channel stock w P200 for <$1000 or the new wiz bang P300 for $2k from dell. What do you choose? You're right, Dell doesn't have the "obsolete" inventory to compete with CPQ, they have the brand new latest stuff. You have a million $ difference between the two choices, think real hard and try to make a real world choice because that is what IT people are looking at today.
