I think you'll often find that sellers through Instinet or after-market trading on the PSE would have received better prices if they had waited for the following trading day. There should be a bounce.

That said, I think CPQ has a difficult transition ahead of it - from a high cost box maker to a computer services company that offers enterprise solutions.

Its now pretty obvious why Intel's sales were off this quarter, as had been widely supposed in media coverage. I sold my CPQ on thursday 2/26 after the price eroded so badly. The writing on the wall doesn't get more plain than that.

I agree, they should give their warnings during market hours. Give the little guys a chance. Oh well, don't fret CPQ will be back just give it a little time.

P.S The tell tale sign was when they pulled out of the conference!

John,
Local radio announcer for business news said off hours trading ought to be banned. He is also a big stock broker in Philadelphia. So even the professionals are not happy with the off hours trading.
