JJ (& JM),

I'd like to register a resounding second to your contention " I could not be happier with the quantity and quality of the information I get from the company". I think the level of communication we have with the company and the amount of (timely) information we have access to is as much or more than any investor could reasonably hope for.

JJ, Nice post JJ. You pretty well covered the main reasons I have decided to take a significant position in this company, management and access to accurate info. I also think that you are right, that the analysis does take longer with DCI because of the M/A's. I think that it's a good idea for management to reaffirm the goals/intentions of the company occasionally, since for the newcomers, without the understanding of the goals some of the moves DCI makes are confusing, as is what is and is not so important. While earnings are important for example, because of the companies ultimate goal, it's revenue growth that we really need to watch IMO.

Nice post and I do agree. Even though I have about an 18% decline since I invested, being long I'm really not worried at all at these levels. The openness here by management should be the paradigm for other companies.

Kudos from Vadnais Heights.

Onward,

George
